The B410 is a short road near Paddington station in west London.
It starts at a set of traffic lights where the A4205 TOTSOs by the station itself. The B410 then heads southwest along Craven Road through Bayswater.
At the end of the road, now called Craven Hill Gardens, there is a T-junction and the B410 TOTSOs left into Leinster Terrace. The final block of this road is one-way southbound, before it ends on the A402 on the edge of Kensington Gardens. The traffic lights here only allow vehicles to turn right. Traffic wanting to make the other turnings needs to use Lancaster Gate via Spire House to reach the A402 one block east.
