This article is about the original B4186 in Bromsgrove.

The B4186 was a short link road in the centre of Bromsgrove. It cut off the corner between the A448 and A38 along St John Street.
The road had been declassified by the 1950s but the story does not end there. Bromsgrove High Street, the former A38, is now unclassified so the ex-B4186 has become the mainline of the A448, except for the easternmost section which is part of the B4184.
