The B4349 is a short rural B-road southwest of Hereford.
The route starts by diverging left from the southeastbound B4348 at Webton, on the western edge of Kingstone. It heads in a generally northeasterly course, passing Kingstone High School on the left to reach Clehonger a couple of miles later, where it turns to the right at a meeting with the B4352.
The B4349 then continues east for two more miles to end at a T-junction on the A465. Belmont Abbey is just to the left and the suburbs of Hereford itself are not much further on.
