The B4395 is a rural road in Montgomeryshire.
It starts on the A458 in the valley of the River Banwy near Pen-y-Bont (the 1922 Road Lists say Llangadfan) and heads north into the hills. It climbs to about 1000 feet before descending to cross the River Vyrnwy at Pont Llogel. The road then climbs again to end after a couple of miles on the B4393 where that road TOTSOs to the west of Llanfihangel-yng-Ngwynfa.
Before 1935 the B4393 did not exist in this area and so the B4395 continued on eastwards along the present route of that road to end on the B4391 at Coed-y-Llan, near Llanfyllin.
