For the current road in Coventry city centre, see B4544.
The B4544 was a link road in east Buckinghamshire. Originally unclassified, it gained its number in the mid-1930s but was then downgraded when Aston Clinton was bypassed in 2003.
Starting on the A413 on the edge of Stoke Mandeville the road headed northeastwards into Weston Turville and ran through the village centre along Main Street. A brief rural section took the road into the outskirts of Aston Clinton, where it ended on the original line of the A41.
