The B4559 was a short-lived B-road in west Brecknockshire. The road was originally unclassified, gaining its number in the 1950s. However, it reclassified around 1970 and became the A4215, which it remains.
The road started on the A4067 in Defynnog and started by heading south along the valley of the Afon Senni. It soon bore left to climb out of the valley and then continued eastwards across the moor before a less steep descent took it into the valley of the Afon Tarell, where it ended on the A470 about four miles southwest of Brecon.
