The B4571 is a hilly B-road in south Cardiganshire. It was originally unclassified but gained its number in 1935.
The road starts on the B4333 in the northern suburbs of Newcastle Emlyn, just north of that road's junction with the A475. We head north, climbing steeply out of town and out of the valley of the River Teifi. The road continues to climb, with the occasional respite, for a few miles. After going round a hill we reach Penrhiw-pâl, where we are crossed by the B4334, then descend past Gurnos Mountain to cross a stream. A short distance further on the road ends at a T-junction in Ffostrasol.
