The B4590 is an unsigned link road in Willenhall, east of Wolverhampton.
Originally, this road was part of A463; becoming part of A454 in the early 1970s with the opening of the first stage of the Willenhall Bypass (The Keyway), before finally becoming B4590 upon opening of the A454 Black Country Route in the 1990s. It was truncated by a few hundred yards when the A463 section of Black Country Route between Bilston and Willenhall opened a couple of years later and B4484 extended to Bilston.
It is signed as part of the A462 eastbound, and B4484 westbound.
