Wales Farm Road in North Acton was once a B road, as shown on maps from the late 1950s and 1960s. It is now part of the A4000 one way system. The number of this road, when it was a B road, has only been identified from a slightly blurred OS 1:10560 sheet dating from the late 1950s, and appears to read B4623, however, this may not be the actual number allocated to the road, further research is needed to confirm the true number.
