The B465 is a short urban B-road in west London.
Originally it started on the A408 in Yiewsley. However, that road now forms a bypass of Yiewsley and West Drayton; this has taken over part of the original route of the B465, which now starts on that road in Stockley Park.
The B465 leaves the A408 at a roundabout and goes North Eastwards. To begin with the road is of fairly high quality. It crosses the A437 at a complicated crossroads controlled by traffic lights. The road is now narrower and more residential but the Hayes End Recreation Ground which it passes ensures the road is not totally urban; in fact the road actually crosses the Recreation Ground - the original route was along Green Lane and New Road until the present road was built to cut off the corner.
The B465 terminates soon afterwards at traffic lights on the A4020 (former A40) at Hayes End.
