The B469 is a short road in Northwood, in the corner of the London urban area.
It starts at traffic lights on the A404 Rickmansworth Road. It heads east along Green Lane, passing the London School of Theology and then crossing the Metropolitan Line by Northwood station. A short distance afterwards it reaches a mini-roundabout where it ends. The A4125, the other road at this junction, has to TOTSO here and so takes up the eastern end of Green Lane.
