The B472 is a short road in the London borough of Hillingdon. The road was unclassified for many years but had gained its number by the 1950s.
The road starts in Eastcote at a mini-roundabout on the B466 and heads north along Joel Street, a name it keeps for its entire length. The road climbs past the cricket ground before becoming wholly residential. Presently the road reaches the suburb of Northwood Hills. It is briefly D1 as it passes the shops, then goes over the Metropolitan Line by Northwood Hills tube station, before becoming D1 again past more shops to the road's end at a roundabout on the A404.
