The B525 is a short road north of Regent's Park in central London. The road was originally unclassified but its number suggests that the road came into existence in the late 1920s.
The road starts at traffic lights on the A5205 Prince Albert Road on the northern edge of Regents Park. It heads north away from the park on the residential Avenue Road, a street name it keeps for its entire length. Presently the road reaches the Swiss Cottage gyratory on the A41, where it ends. Just to the right is the B509 but traffic heading in that direction has to make a complete circuit.
