This article is about the current B5 on the Isle of Man.

The B5 is a rather uninspiring route which heads south east from the A10 at Jurby West to meet the A13 near Sandygate. Along the way it follows a series of short straights between the typical high banks of the Isle of Man, which completely hide the views across the old airfield to the north, while occasionally revealing the small fields further south. The route is a narrow S2 without centre line which forms part of the little used Jurby South Road Circuit, in conjunction with the A10 and A13.
History
As originally numbered in the 1920's, the route was given the B9 number. It had been renumbered as the B5 by 1963, even though the B9 number was reused a couple of miles to the south.
