The B6060 is a medium-length B-road in south Yorkshire.

It starts on the B6059 (pre-bypass A57) by the church in South Anston, although some maps show that the B6060 crosses the B6059 and heads west down the one-way (in this direction) High Street to a T-junction on the B6059 at the far end.

Heading north the B6060 soon reaches the current line of the A57, which it crosses at traffic lights, and then descends to go under a railway line and cross the Anston Brook into North Anston. The road passes through town and into the adjoining village of Dinnington where it turns left at a mini-roundabout.

From here the original line of the road bore right by the church and continued through Laughton en le Morthen to reach Thurcroft. This section was declassified early on, however, and so the road now passes to the left of the church and zigzags to cross two roundabouts, meeting the B6463 at the second. The road then goes through Laughton Common and over the same railway line to enter open country.

The B6060 then goes through Thurcroft. To the north of the village it bends sharply to the left; it is at this point that the original line of the road comes in from the right. The road then crosses the M18 at the northern edge of its junction with the M1. After passing an industrial estate the road meets the B6410 and bends sharply right. It then heads north into Wickersley where it ends at a roundabout on the A631.
