|Route outline (key)|
The B6075 was a short link road in the east of Sheffield city centre. Owing to its short length the road's history is not fully known. It was originally unclassified but had gained its number by the 1950s (and quite possibly earlier). The road was declassified in the 2000s along with several other roads in the city centre.
The road started on the A57 in Fitzalan Square and headed south along Flat Street and Pond Street, passing what is now the bus station and Sheffield Hallam University. The road soon reached Sheaf Square, where it ended at what became a roundabout on the A61. This junction was completely altered as part of the road improvements and the two sides of the square are no longer connected by road.
