|Route outline (key)|
The B60 was a cross-country B-road in central County Antrim.
The road started on the A26 in the centre of Ballymena. After meeting the B61 (now A43) on the northern side of town the road ran northeastwards over the hills to reach the coast at Carnlough, where it ended on the A2.
The B60 number did not last long. In the mid-1920s it was upgraded to Class I status, becoming part of the new A42. Church Street and Broughshane Street, the section in Ballymena town centre, has since been bypassed.
