The B6120 is an L-shaped road to the west of the Yorkshire town of Cleckheaton.
The road starts on the A638 to the north of the town centre and heads west along Scott Lane and Whitcliffe Road, crossing a bridge over a disused railway cutting, now a cycle path.
The road remains built-up as it crosses a bridge over the M62 to reach the edge of the village of Scholes (which does at least look less urban). It continues into the centre of the village where it TOTSOs left, the road ahead being the B6379. Our road then continues south along Scholes Lane.
Scholes turns imperceptibly into Hartshead Moor Top. The road ends here at a T-junction on the dual-carriageway A649.
