The B6182 is a short road linking Manchester and Salford.
Originally it started on the A56 Great Ducie Street. However, this first section has been taken over by the A6042 ring road and so the B6182 now starts slightly further west, by turning left off the A6042.
The road heads southwest along the one-way New Bridge Street, crossing the River Irwell almost immediately. The road then reaches a T-junction. Originally the B6182 ended here on the B6183. That road no longer exists, so the B6182 now TOTSOs left onto Greengate. This road goes under the railway line immediately west of Manchester Victoria station - and also underneath the former Manchester Exchange station - before ending at traffic lights on the A6041 Chapel Street. However, Greengate is currently closed due to construction work and so technically the B6182 ends where it always used to.
