This article is about the modern route of the B812 passing through Bishopbriggs.

The B812 is a short B-road in the northern suburbs of Glasgow. The road was originally unclassified but had gained its present number by 1932.
This road commences at a signalised junction with the A803 in the Colston area as Colston Road; from here it travels in an easterly direction, crossing a roundabout to become Auchinairn Road which presently meets the B765. The road continues through a number of roundabouts giving access to areas of relatively new housing (one of which will eventually link into a new Bishopbriggs relief road which will provide a north eastern by-pass of Glasgow) and then moves onto Robroyston Road and into open countryside to terminate at a junction with the B819 near to Loch Farm.
