Balgedie Toll is a historic junction at the southern end of the B919 in Wester Balgedie, near the shores of Loch Leven. The junction is a sharp fork with the Balgedie Toll Tavern lying in the apex of the corner, reducing visibility, although there is little traffic turning around the inn in either direction. The B919 is provided with a Stop Line as it meets the A911 due to this partly blind junction. The Inn's car park lies next to the building, and appears to have accesses onto either road, although chain barriers normally prevent access to the B919, especially when the car park is busy, so preventing traffic from being tempted to shortcut.
On a map, the short B919 provides a route onto the southbound M90, bypassing Milnathort, although traffic would perhaps be more tempted to pass to the south of Loch Leven. It is also not particularly useful for heading north, as there is no direct connection with the motorway in that direction. As a result, most turning traffic at the junction is likely to be fairly local.
