The A809 crosses the B8050 at Baljaffray Roundabout, a little to the west of Milngavie, northwest of Glasgow. It is a simple 4-arm roundabout which takes its name from the western arm of the B8050, Baljaffray Road.
History
The original alignment of the B8050 was a little to the north of its current route, and the road has been diverted south to meet the new roundabout, presumably to minimise the impact on property.
