Ballynacarry Bridge is a six stone arch bridge over the River Fane on the boundary between Ardkirk townland, County Monaghan and Ballynacarry townland County Armagh. The position of the bridge means an S bend on the County Armagh side and this has been the location of many accidents. Consequently, there has been discussion for many years about building a new bridge to provide a more direct connection, and a feasibility study has taken place for options for this.
