|Isle of Anglesey|
Beaumaris is the former county town of Anglesey. The A545 follows the coast from Menai Bridge to the Castle, with (since the 1930s) the B5109 extending to Llangoed. The other part of the B5109 heads inland to Pentraeth, and beyond to Llangefni.
Despite being a touristy town (or perhaps because of it), the only direction signage for motorists that exists in the town (and the surrounding area) is for car parks and tourist attractions.
