Bentley Junction, located between Wolverhampton and Walsall, is one of the simplest grade separated junctions in the United Kingdom, consisting of a single exit slip from A454 Black Country Route to the unclassified Bentley Mill Way above. It is used to complete a banned movement at Bentley Interchange a short distance to the east, where only bus traffic can access B4464 from the roundabout; as well as to access the retail park to the south.
