Blythbury Interchange was a planned junction on the A464 in Telford. It was to be located just to the southeast of the present Naird Roundabout. The A464 between the M54, Telford Town Centre and the unbuilt extension to the Western Primary was to be fully grade separated and take a slightly different line compared to what was built. The Princess Royal Hospital was originally intended to be built at Nedge Hill and served by this junction. Plans for the new town were scaled back in the mid-1970s and the road network was reduced in scope.
