The C100 is a long route stretching from the A6112 at Berryhill, not far from the A1 junction, south to Ravelaw near Whitsome. The first section is fairl easy to follow, running southwards across the B6438 to reach the B6355. Continuing south, the route crosses the Whiteadder Water and then winds westwards to Edrom, where it turns south again to reach the A6105. A long dogleg to the east sees the route continue south to reach the B6460. Here, a short multiplex to the east finds the last section of the C100, running south again to reach the C99 at Ravelaw.
