The C104 starts on the B756, Bellshill Road, near the centre of Uddingston and heads north along Crofthead Street. At the end it turns right onto North British Road, which curves round towards the M74 motorway. However, the road over the bridge and over the railway beyond has been closed up, so the C104 now comes to an end at the junction with Croft Wynd.
