The C107 starts on the B6355 at Burnhouses and heads north, turning north east as it drops down to the Whiteadder Water. It then turns to follow the river through Abbey St Bathans, where it crosses to the north bank. It then climbs steeply over a pass, dipping to cross the Whare Burn, before climbing once more past Whiteburn to reach the C106.
