The C1108 follows the east bank of the River Glass through Strathglass, running opposite the A831 for much of the route. It starts, however, on the A833 at Kiltarlity, and passes through the village before reaching the river. The route ends on the A831 half a mile east of the small village of Cannich, and includes a spur over the bridge at Struy.
