The C1132 forms a link at Kincraig on the banks of the River Spey, to the south of Aviemore. It starts at a junction with the B9152 (former A9) in the village, and runs south east through the village and under the railway, before crossing the river on Kincraig Bridge at the foot of Loch Insh. The road then follows the shore of the loch to the B970 next to the watersports centre.
