The C115L runs along the shore in Macduff. It starts near the town centre on the A98, and initially heads north on Laing Street, before turning east onto Low Shore. This winds through narrow streets, and becomes High Shore as it reaches the coast near the Aquarium. It continues east along the coast, passing housing estates on the right, before climbing gently up alongside the golf course as Tralair Road. After a short run on the clifftop, the road drops steeply down to a rocky bay, and comes to an end in a rough car parking area, with a small open air swimming pool hidden behind rocks at the far end of the bay.
