This article is about the Class III road numbered C1196 maintained by Highland Council.
For other roads numbered C1196, see C1196
The C1196 is the former route of the A861 through the village of Clovullin, Ardgour. It starts a short distance to the south of the lighthouse by the Corran Ferry and curves inland through the village back to the new main road just under a mile later. The new road follows the shore. It is a popular walk at low tide to cross the ferry, follow the shore and return through the village.
