The C11 starts on the A761 within the Renfrewshire village of Bridge of Weir. It then heads out of the village in a westward direction to the council boundary at Carruth Bridge. The road itself continues on to meet the B786 Lochwinnoch to Kilmacolm road a few hundred metres to the west.
