This article is about the Class III road numbered C13 maintained by Hertfordshire Council.
For other roads numbered C13, see C13
.

The C13 is a rural class III road in Hertfordshire, passing through the villages of Little Hormead and Furneux Pelham. It is narrow and twisting for much of its length, with no pedestrian footway. It starts on the B1368 at Hare Street, and travels west, then TOTSOs to the right into Little Hormead, before heading into open countryside. After the village of Furneux Pelham, it gives way at a staggered junction before continuing east towards Manuden and the county boundary with Essex.
