This article is about the Class III road numbered C142 maintained by Buckinghamshire Council.

The C142 is the number for the B4544 downgraded in 2003 on completion of the Aston Clinton bypass.
Starting on the A413 on the edge of Stoke Mandeville the road heads northeastwards into Weston Turville, running through the village centre along Main Street. A brief rural stretch takes the road into the outskirts of Aston Clinton, where it ends on the original line of the A41, now C141.
