For other roads numbered C160, see C160.
The C160 follows a considerable portion of the southern shores of Lough Neagh. Starting on the B2, the road heads north and soon turns west as the Lough does so. The road does however, turn back south to meet the B2 once more at a crossroads in Derrytransa. From the crossroads the road continues to the right (west) and continues to follow the shores of the lough, although this time further inland. Along this stretch there is a gap where the road encounters the Upper Bann as it flows into Lough Neagh at Bannfoot. With ferries across the river long discontinued and the absence of a bridge, the road on both sides of the river form dead ends. Across the river, the road continues west for a short distance before ending at a TOTSO on the B196 to the east of Maghery.
