The C169 is a short class III road in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire following the pre-bypass A121 through the town centre.
It starts on the High Street at the Eleanor Cross, and heads eastwards. The initial section is pedestrianised. At the end of the pedestrianised area, there is a bus station and car park entrance for town centre shoppers. The road continues until we reach a large roundabout where we meet the Waltham Cross bypass roads, Monarch's Way. From here, the A121 continues straight ahead as Eleanor Cross Road towards Waltham Abbey.
