The C184 is a rural minor road in eastern Hertfordshire. The road is a renumbering of the former B158 (Anchor Lane) from the Paynes Hall Roundabout to the former A10 (now C183), winding along the Rib valley to the north of the river.
The number came into existance when the B158 was downgraded following of the opening of the A10 Wademill Bypass.
