The C186 is an urban link road in Watford, Hertfordshire, following the course of the River Colne between the Hospital and the A411 Dalton Way one-way system. It was named after Captain Tom Sawyer, who was killed in action while serving in Afghanistan.
The road was created to provide better access to the hospital as well as facilitate additional housing development.
It was opened on 15th November 2016[1].
