For other roads numbered C20, see C20.
The C20 starts on the B936 in the small village of Freuchie and heads east, crossing the A92 and then passing under the railway to enter Kettlebridge. Here, the main line turns left along Rumdewan, whilst a spur continues ahead along Back Park to meet the A914. The mainline continues through the village, parallel to the A914, into Kingskettle, where it keeps right at a fork along South Street to reach the B9129.
