This article is about the Class III road numbered C21 maintained by Angus Council.
For other roads numbered C21, see C21.
For other roads numbered C21, see C21.
The C21 starts on the C16 at Balkeerie and Eassie, and heads north east along the bottom of the hill to a T junction where it turns left. After crossing the A94, the route continues north to reach the C22 to the south of Craigton, although it does not appear to continue north to reach the village on the A926.
