This article is about the Class III road numbered C24E maintained by Moray Council.

The C24E starts on the A941 to the north of Elgin city centre, and follows Covesea Road out of town. This road, with some long straights, is mostly a wide single track route as it meanders across the bleak plain between Elgin and the coast. Near Westefolds Farm, it turns sharply southwest onto the former line of the B9135 - cut when Lossiemouth Airfield was built - and passes Duffus Castle to reach the B9012 south of Duffus Village.
