The C267 maintained by Cambridgeshire Council starts on the Essex border, and travels in a northerly direction. It has a T junction very close to the border with Hertfordshire where it turns left. It enters Great Chishill and gives way to the B1039 at a crossroads. Carrying on straight ahead, we get to the village green at Heydon where we meet the C266 and head west towards Chrishall. Before we arrive there we meet the county boundary with Essex once again.
