The C26 is a rather lengthy C road which starts on the six-way Nutts Corner Roundabout on the A26 in south County Antrim. From here it heads north east to meet the B39 along the "Seven Mile Straight" just south east of Loanends. The road resumes from a junction just along the road and continues to meander in a generally north eastward direction. Along the way it crosses the C27 at a slightly scattered crossroads. The road ends on the B95 beside Mallusk Quarry on the edge of Newtownabbey.
