This article is about the Class III road numbered C27 maintained by DfI Roads.

For other roads numbered C27, see C27.
The C27 starts on a long straight section of the C19 west of Ligoniel on the edge of Belfast and heads north west. Before long, the road encounters a brief multiplex with the A52 and soon continues north west. As the road gradually makes it down into the lowlands, it passes a crossroads with the C26 until coming to an end on the B95 on a TOTSO just south of the railway bridge in Templepatrick.
