The C310 starts in the centre of Dromore on the B2 Banbridge Road. The road follows Meeting Street and also includes the southbound only Bridge Street across the River Lagan. The road turns south and passes the start of the C309 on its way out of town. Continuing southward, the road eventually comes to a crossroads with the C328 after which it turns eastwards towards Waringsford. Just on the edge of the small village, there is a TOTSO and the roads turns south east to end on the C307, opposite the C308.
