The C322 is a long route which starts on the B25 at Killaney and meanders its way south east. Before too long, the road passes the southern end of the C311 and crosses the C307. The road comes to a TOTSO which takes it to another T junction to the east. From here the road continues south, with the main segment of the route turning off to the east nearby. The road south is a spur leading to the A50 south east of Katesbridge. The main segment of the road continues south east around the side of the 318m Deehommed Mountain and TOTSOs east to the B7. South east of the B7, the road TOTSOs east again and comes to end at a crossroads with the C323 (left and right) and the C324 (ahead) in the village of Leitrim.
