The C33 is the former northern section of the B922, starting on the B921 to the east of Kinglassie and climbing steeply up and over the hills to Auchmuirbridge. Here, bizarrely, the C33 ends on the south side of the bridge, with the C50 completing the last few metres of the former B922 route across the bridge to meet the A911.
