This article is about the Class III road numbered C33 maintained by Stirling Council.
For other roads numbered C33, see C33
The C33 is a route frequently connected with Rob Roy, as it passes through Balquiddher village where his grave is sited in the churchyard, and continues west to Inverlochlarig where Rob Roy once lived. The route starts on the east side of the A84 at Kingshouse, curving past the Hotel and passing under the main road. The first couple of miles are reasonably wide, allowing traffic to pass with care. However, beyond the junction in Balquiddher village, the road drops to single track as it follows the north shore of Loch Voil and then the smaller Loch Doine. The C33 comes to an end a short distance before Inverlochlarig, although a track continues a long way further up the glen.
